Wu Xing, Bagua and Kabbalah

Wu Xing, Bagua and Kabbalah

Using 5 element theory for hexagram interpretation.by D.H.Van den Berghe

In the previous post we've focused on the I Ching at the Sixiang level, that is, reading the hexagrams as groups of 3 digrams; here we'll focus on the Bagua level, and we'll read every hexagram as a group of 2 trigrams.

What D.H. Vand den Berghe lists as "create, join, control, insult, weaken" I translate, in this order, as "木, 火, 土, 金, 水" in the tables below.

Notice that I'm not using "木, 火, 土, 金, 水"  as symbols for the Wu Xing elements. Rather, I'm using these ideograms as symbols for the arrows between the Wu Xing elements.

This post is a brief outline of my findings about the correspondences between the Hebrew alphabet, the tree of life, the ( King Wen’s ) I Ching and the genetic code.

Every oxygen group is a yang line, every hydrogen group is a yin line.
